(04) — How payment works
Pay by bank transfer, Wise, PayPal or card.
A free 30-minute call, then a written proposal with scope, price and payment dates within 48 hours.
Your start date is locked in once the deposit lands. Design starts the following Monday.
Paid when the site is live and you've signed off. Then 30 days of free fixes start.
(05) — Pricing questions
Have a budget in mind? Share it on the call. I'll tell you honestly what it can get you.
You know the full cost before we start, and I carry the risk if something takes longer than planned. Hourly billing only makes sense for small one-off fixes.
Small tweaks are absorbed. Anything bigger gets a short written change request with its own price and timeline, so you can decide before any extra work starts.
Often, yes. We can phase the project — launch a focused version first and add pages later. Share your budget on the call and I'll be honest about what it covers.
Only third-party services, billed to you directly: domain, hosting, CMS plans, fonts or stock imagery. Any expected costs are listed in your proposal.
The deposit secures your slot and covers design work that starts straight away, so it isn't refundable once design has begun. If we part ways mid-project, you keep everything built so far.
